We will re-open our office lobby on June 1, 2020. We ask that you maintain the Social Distancing Rule while in our lobby by standing on the marked lines on the floor. If you are sick or running a fever, we ask that you do not enter the lobby and use our website for services or call our office at 850-682-3413 for assistance. Hand sanitizer will be provided in the foyer upon entering our building. We look forward to seeing our customer’s again.

Covid-19 Financial Forbearance Agreement

The Board of Directors of Auburn Water System, Inc. understands that many of our customers have been impacted financially by the disruption caused by Covid-19. As a provider of essential services, we are here to serve and support our customers during this very difficult time.

If you have been specifically impacted with a lay-off, job loss, or income interruption AND are unable to pay your bill in full, please complete the form below and return to our office for processing, either by mail, faxing to 850-398-6643, or payment drop box at our office location, 3097 Locke Lane, Crestview, FL 32536, or by scanning and emailing to Hard copy forms will be available for pick-up in our office foyer.

If your past due bill is not paid by May 29, 2020, the option below is the only way to avoid disconnection and reconnect fees.

Note that our normal cut-off policy for non-payment will apply unless we receive this form fully completed and signed by the account holder and payment of 50% of the bill due for bills that were due on April and May 2020. The completed form and payment must be in our office by May 29, 2020 to receive the forbearance.
