Due to Auburn Water office being closed on Sep 15th & 16th the Due date has be extended to Fri Sep 18th
We have re-opened our office lobby as of June 1, 2020. We ask that you maintain the Social Distancing Rule while in our lobby by standing on the marked lines on the floor. If you are sick or running a fever, we ask that you do not enter the lobby and use our website for services or call our office at 850-682-3413 for assistance. Hand sanitizer will be provided in the foyer upon entering our building. We look forward to seeing our customer’s again.
NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS WHO PAY WITH CASH
Auburn Water System provides receipts for each transaction made in our office, be it by cash, check or credit card. If you pay by cash and you have
any questions in the future regarding your account payment, you will need to provide a receipt for us to be able to help you. It is your responsibility to be sure you have your receipt with you when you leave our office after payment and to retain the receipt for your records..
