Effective March 23, 2020

The safety of our customers and employees are important to us. We are trying our best to continue our operations on a normal schedule; however we are taking the necessary precautions to help mitigate the spread of this infection and are closely following the Center for Disease Control’s guidelines. Our main lobby will be closed to walk in traffic, but we will have the front foyer open for customers who need to start new service or make cash payments if they have no other means to pay by.

We encourage our customers to use other procedures for making payments and new services if possible. Below are options you can use to help reduce personal contact with one another:

 For making payments:

Customers will be able to make payments online, over the phone with credit cards, bank draft, or bill pay through their bank. Customer can pay by check and mail the payments or drop them off in the drop box. If a customer has no other means than by cash, they will be able to make cash payments from the foyer where a customer service representative will give them an envelope to put the cash in and slip it through the foyer door and wait for a receipt.

New services:

Customers can find the Auburn Water application for new service online, applications can then be submitted via fax and email. We will also set up a station in the small foyer with new service applications, and a drop box for check payments.

Terminating accounts:

Customers who are terminating their accounts will be able to call our office or email their request.
