If your payment is due within the next 2 business days, or if your service has been disconnected or is due to be disconnected, you should NOT submit this payment. Instead, you should contact Auburn Water System for expedited payment options. Any web payment that is returned for non payment, will be resubmitted for payment up to 3 times and an additional fee(s) may be charged by our third party web payment processor.
A $2 Fee applies to all web payments.

Pay by Automatic Bank Draft – Contact our office to get the bank draft form or look under the forms tab to sign up. There is no fee for this service.
NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS WHO PAY WITH CASH
Auburn Water System provides receipts for each transaction made in our office, be it by cash, check or credit card. If you pay by cash and you have any questions in the future regarding your account payment, you will need to provide a receipt for us to be able to help you. It is your responsibility to be sure you have your receipt with you when you leave our office after payment and to retain the receipt for your records..
