For the convenience of our Customers, we offer several ways to pay your water bill.
Pay Online –
Attention! Please read below about paying online if your account is past due or disconnected!!!!!
Payments made online may take up to 72 hours to post to your account. IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS PAST DUE OR DISCONNECTED, do not make a payment online as this may cause a delay in reconnection. If your account has been terminated it will not reflect a balance through our web payment services. Certain areas outside of the U.S may not be able to access the online pay website. We now use eBill-Pay.com for online payments, you will have to register the first time you visit this new site. Click here for online payment through ePay-Bill.com $3 fee applies to all web payments.

To ensure immediate credit to your account, please pay in person or call our local office at (850) 682-1258 or (850) 682-3413. Do not pay online if your account is past due or disconnected. It could delay your reconnection.

Payments dropped off after 8:00 am will be processed the next business day.
For your protection, please do not put cash payments in the drop box.
